Preferences while showering?

I like to shower with the lights off... So much more relaxing on the eyes. Who needs light?... I know where all my parts are!

Haha I shower with the lights off to and it's a good shower if my kids aren't in it with me. Also have to have enough hot water left, not fun rinsing off with freezing cold water.

I have to have my coconut incents burning, my coconut bodywash, the water super hot and if no one is home some Prince can play in the back ground.

I live in a dorm....I'm happy if there is lukewarm water, no hair on the floor, and i can manage to take a shower without touching the curtain, walls, floor, or seat in the shower. Not to mention the awesome walk to and from the showers.

I just like to do things in order. Hair, body, conditioner, shave. Nice warm water, not too hot, not too cold. Oh and a drain that works, I lived in a house for two years that wouldn't really drain.

I like my water to be hot but not scalding. I have to wash my hair, rinse, use my conditioner, wash my body, then rinse. I like to have music playing when I am home alone in the mornings. But when the hubby-to-be is home I like to have company, but hey who doesn't right? :happy:

Lol...I like to shower WITHOUT someone either playing with blocks on the floor outside the shower, or someone else whining that they need the bathroom more than I do. This is an every day thing though...oh well...
That's about it...I'm easy, lol...

This is so true. Solitude is all I require. Even if the water is cold, I'm good as long as there's a lock on the door.

When I was little, maybe 5 years old, I saw an old cheesy horror movie, where someone was killed with a shower head, so I dont like to face the shower head.

OMG, I think I saw the same movie...and ever since then, I always eye the showerhead suspiciously when I take a bath.

This. I hate after having a nice relaxing shower to get out and shiver til I get dressed. I like to take my time and lotion up first and run around nakie for a bit first, and THEN get dressed! LOL

I like the water hot but not scalding. Water pressure matters to me when it comes to washing my hair. No other preference that I can think of.

Very warm water and lots of it, towel waiting for when I'm done, soap and shampoo that I like and NO interuptions for calls, kids etc. Just for a few minutes please...

Also, I've never quite understood the folks who get in the shower and *then* turn on the water. If I was into that kinda torture, I'd Epilady my crotch.

I have some OCD behaviors in the shower... everything has to go in the same order everytime..even the way i shave my legs.

Let's see... hot water, clean shower, yummy smelling soap, shampoo and conditioner, and a sharp razor. And a good smelling towel. If no kids interrupt me it would be even better.

for those that need to sit while showering...do you sit on a shower stool or in the tub...and doesn't the water get cold?

I tried to sit to shave my legs once and damn that's cold!

Hot water. I like to shower alone so I always get to stand under the shower head and don't have to stand shivering while the other person rinses. And I like my towels rough; the foo-foo velour like towels drive me crazy because I can't get dry.

I like hot water, good soap, fun music, and my awful singing. Makes for a perfect shower.
