I put a couple tablespoons of low-fat, high fiber granola in mine.0

Quaker Oats whole oats (not that pre-packaged crap) cooked in water- 1/2 cup dry
Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips - 2 Tablespoons
Sliced Strawberries - 1/4 cup
It's 233 calories, extremely filling, AND it tastes like you're eating a cookie for breakfast!0 -
Ew, I hate the instant packets! Maybe its because I grew up on Old Fashion Oats.
I just started adding Chia seeds to alot of my food because they are good for you and fill you up. I have a hunger problem, I am hungry ALL the time even though I eat 1,800+ cals a day! Well, its not so much that I am hungry, its that I need some kind of "pacifier".
1/2 Cup oats
1 1/2 C water
1 TBS Agave Nectar
1/2 TBS Chia seeds
25 blue berries
Cinnamon
