An hour not counting any cardio warm up.0

on just the weights it's about 30 mins a day, not to aggressively though0

45 minutes - 1 hour / 3 x per week. This includes stretching time.
I tend to do an all over body workout each time, so it's just barely enough time to get through what I want to do.0 -
