Stronglifts ends up being between 45 and 90 minutes, 3 times a week. Nice and compact. It's quicker in the beginning when the weight is light but racks up as the weight adds on.0

About 90 minutes including warm up on Monday - heavy weights, compound lifts.
Between 40 -60 minutes on Fridays doing circuits / metabolic conditioning-type stuff.0 -
