    30-90 minutes depending on the day. 3x per week.
  • Around a 90 to 120 minutes, but 2 twice, 3 times a week max. I do a full body routine with big lifts.

    Stronglifts ends up being between 45 and 90 minutes, 3 times a week. Nice and compact. It's quicker in the beginning when the weight is light but racks up as the weight adds on.

    About 90 minutes including warm up on Monday - heavy weights, compound lifts.

    Between 40 -60 minutes on Fridays doing circuits / metabolic conditioning-type stuff.
