    February, 2012 - 145 (went into maintenance and ended up gaining weight...lowered calories once again).

    LOVE this post!! You look great - thanks for sharing your story! I had about 17 lbs to lose and have about 9 left. It is taking me a LONG time and it is hard!!!! 18 lbs is a big deal - you look wonderful!!

    Wow it's made such a difference, well done. What kind of exercise did/do you do? Looks like you exercise a lot to have such a flat tummy!! I have a similar amount to lose, but on a much smaller frame!

    girl, you should be really proud of yourself....it didn't look like you were big in your "before" picture, but you can definitely see the definition in ur tummy...keep up the good work
