So, my weigh loss journey has stalled so I have decided to put that on the back burner and focus on the fitness side of life! I am currently running a 5k every 2-3 days but have decided that I need to focus on SOMETHING. I have never run an "Official" race and plan to keep it that way. Starting today I am working my way up to a 10k and if at all possible up to a half marathon level. I am very much a loner so I don't need nor do I want everything that goes along with the whole race montra, Anyone else ever done this on their own?
I do work at a Police Department so there are always challenges being thrown out there, unfortunately I am not an officer so it is almost as if I don't count, but I am OK with that. Bring it on-I may not be fighting crime, but I can sure the hell run away from it!
