i would like to change my name to willow after my favourite female character in buffy the vampire slayer

-highfive- Someone named me this though, and it's kinda stuck. Willow Leigh Bishop; it is just so smooth, beyond smooth, like the best name ever. I do sometimes rename my lovers, as sometimes names are really boring. Current girlfriend is Brandie, yes, like the song [Brandy, You're A Fine Girl], but I truly prefer her to be a Grace, because she's full of it. [Yes, this does explain my huge Amazing Grace tattoo.]
My name is Cecilia and I love it...But I get called Cely.....pronounced Sealy......My paternal grandmother named me....My second name is Agnes, after one of the same grandmothers aunt's....

My older sister is Cecelia as well, and I call her all of it! Cece, Cerial (for the LOLz), Ce, Sissy, the list goes on.

  • I don't think I look like an Angela. I think I'm more of a Sarah or Molly.

My name is Janet and I always wished it was Jan growing up. I do love the name Julie, and although I had two daughters, I never chose that name.

My name is Michelle, but I love the name Elliott for a female. I would change to Elliott.

My name is Jenny Rebecca and I like it, but if I had to change it I would change it to Lily Rae, or Elizabeth Rose. But I like girly names for girls.

When I was little, I wanted to change my name to Pepper, Kitty or Roxanne (Roxie for short). Now that I'm older, I realize those all pretty much sound like stripper names lol If I were to change it now, I'd probably go with Elizabeth (my middle name) or one of the names from the stories I write. My characters all have weird names (Olette, Meer, Mesmer, Violent, Mirica, Vetreah, Hunter, Saffron, Renton, Rail....just to name a few!) lol

    but mabie roisin:drinker:
  • I love my name but I had to fight for it! I was born "Nicholette" but my parents nicknamed me "Nikki" and I never liked that name but it stuck through my childhood and teenage years. When I became older I had to demand that everyone call me by my given name of "Nicholette". Oy, it was like pulling teeth.

One name I really love...I met a girl name Benni. I thought it was the cutest name, and it suited her. I think it's just adorable. <3

I couldn't come up with what I thought, so I asked my husband. He gave it a fantasy/sci-fi spin and came up with Jade Firenzi for me. He said he would change his name to Max Power.

I used to hate my first name, but I've grown into it. Hate my last name, but marriage will/can fix that. ;P

I've always thought my name sounded prissy and stuck up and I always wondered if I got accused of being prissy and stuck up because of it or because I actually was...am? If I could change my name I'd be Alyson. I think Alyson sounds sweet.

I actually love my name. I'm Patricia after my aunt and grandmother (it's a tradition for the oldest daughter on the maternal side, I suppose) - but I go by Trish, which isn't strange but isn't that common either :)

If I was forced to change, though, I'd probably pick Bridget.

I don't have a problem with my name. Just a problem with the way it is spelled. My parents decided to name me Cristi and I get sick of telling people 'Cristi with a C, no h, e, or y.

My best friend didn't like her first name and had no middle name, so she spent $40 and got it changed! She went from Lisa to Elisa Misette.
I used my mother's last name for a while because it was easy to spell, but people still asked me to spell it; it's Scott!
When people tell me they don't like their name I tell them for $40 they can fix that, (in NC).
Lisa is by far my favorite name. If I have a daughter, provided that my partner agrees, I'm naming her Lisa, possibly short for Elisabeth.

I don't know what I would choose. I used to hate my name, Paige, because it was hard to pronounce with braces and a lisp and it's easy to make stupid paper jokes. It's also my middle name. I don't think I could go by Anna full time, though.

I have never liked my first name, Jillian. My parents panicked when I was born a girl and named me after a doctor on some soap opera. Lame. They planned on naming me Stephen Hayes but SURPRISE! I'm a girl. Wish they would have planned better and come up with a better name.

Something like Aria Marie or Belle Elizabeth. I love the name Belle but not sure I quite live up to a name that big.

I really like my name, Lauren, but when I update/give out my resume I sometimes wish I had a different one - I'm 16 and I feel like Lauren is a typical teenage name. I like unique names ad names that start with vowels.

Then again, places that are ok with hiring 16 year olds in the first place are probably also okay with the name Lauren..

I've always liked alot of boys names for girls and like I said, names that start with vowels. Ryan, Tyler, Taigen (favorite ever), Erin.

    Addelyn.

I'm better at picking out boys names, though. I like Leo and Oliver for boys.

My name is Lacey and I've grown to love it. It's not very common and everyone I know is pretty fond of it as well. It also goes great with my boyfriend's name-Michael ;)

However, if I had to change my name I would choose:

-Alaska: inspired by a character in one of my favorite books
-Jessie: mostly because I love it but also because I wanted to BE Jessie from Toy Story when I was a little girl
-Ariel: who doesn't love the Little Mermaid?

    My name is Meghan Rose.

But I'd change it to Murielle Meredith if I could.
