-
its amazing and im only on the first video!!0
-
Well I will be joining you when I start!0
-
I'm on week 5 - wow "burn it up" is crazy!0
-
Breezysoul: How have your results been so far? Do you do the extra ab or stretch video at all?0
-
breezy,
how are the rsults? can you really see a difference? Im excited toget to that point?0 -
I feel sooo much stronger. I'm in this to lose a few pounds and really get strong and that is definitely happening. I've lost 6-7 pounds and 1 inch in my waist (big deal for me). Mostly, I can just tell when I'm moving around that I'm stronger.0
-
Thats awesome breezysoul!! Im just right now watching the ramp it up for the first time beforeI do it. Its so much more intense than start it up and I thought that one was bad enough LOL!!! I guess in due time it will get easier and I will be where you are. Keep up the great work!!0
-
Burn it up kicked my butt!!! My clothing is soaked, I'm sweating from places I've never sweated from. I workout 2 - 5 times a day 7 days a week but I'm only up to doing burn it up once a day. LOL I will definitely stick with it!!! Much success to all of us!!!
Andrea0 -
Wow 2-5 times a day? I thought I was crazy with 2-3 times. You really should give your body 1 day off a week you will have a better workout.
Just a suggestion0 -
WOWthat is a lot of working out you should have one day of rest to let the body heel up some. YOugo girl though for working out so much. I can barley do it once a day lol0
-
I do understand what you are saying and I know it. But when I say ok I'm going to rest 2day my body won't let me. Know I do take a day here and there or maybe just workout once in a single day but I have to talk myself through not working out. I don't work out the same muscle two day in a row though.0

Jenn
Yeah the ab workout is killer I think that is one of the reasons I got such great results the first week. Im am super excited Im seeing such great results so early it really makes me want to keep with it. Last night I didnt feel like doing my video at ALL but I thought where will my results be if I dont do it?? Nowhere right so I jumped up and did it. I dont have a HRM so I dont know exactly how many calories I burn when IM doing them I just guesstimate. Soon enough I will have one though.
Keep up the amazing work Jenn!! You are an inspiration working out so much!!!

Jenn
Yeah I just found that out on the last day of the week I was doing Start It Up LOL!! Oh well at least we are doing it now.Im switching it up a little bit today and Im gonna do my Ramp It Up video this morning and possibly do the walk right after that. I have been doing the video after work but thats really hard to do so we will see what this will bring me. Good Luck and Keep Up the Great Wok!!!0 -
Hey Everybody,
Hoping I can get in on the SI6 party you all are having. I currently do Turbo Jam and have been for the last 5 months - I just hit a plateau and need a change. One of my students game me SI6 and I want to give it a try. I don't have a HRM so not real sure how to log the calories or how to do the DVDs at at all.
Is it Start it up for a week one plus slim & 6pack 3 x /week, then Ramp it up + Slim & 6pack(3x/wk) for the next week, then Burn it up + Slim & 6pack (3x/week) - that's 3 weeks then what do I do:ohwell:
I have 3 other ones : Shape it up, Keep it up and Cool it off but what's the next step after week 3. The lady that gave me the DVDs just handed them to me w/ no instructions.....
I need a change from what I'm doing, not that I don't like TJ and more, I love it!! I just want to try something different.
How are you guys logging your exercise - high intensity aerobic, low ??
Are you all normally doing about an hour /day - I notced one (or 2) of you working out like 5-7 times a day!!!!!!!!! I just can't imagine that - I work 12hrs /day, LOL, I'd never make it:laugh: Please tell me I don't have do that kind of working out to see results:laugh:
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated and thanks,
Janet0 -
Hello Janet,
We would love you to join our SI6 party. So you had it right with what your workouts are. After you get to the Burn It Up video you do that for 4 weeks. Its gonna kick your *kitten* for sure. Im on Ramp It up and woo its working thats for sure. As for the other videos you have they are for whe you are done with the first 6 weeks so just hang onto those for now. As for logging Im doing High impact aerobics becasue it is to me. I dont have a HRM either so its just a guesstimate at this point. Good luck and keep in touch and let us know how you are doing!!!
Jess0 -
Harely: You dont do Burn It Up for 4 weeks only 3 silly!
Start It Up: 1 week
Ramp It Up: 2 weeks
Burn It Up: 3 weeks
6 weeks total!
Well this morning I did 30 Day Shred Level 1 for a calorie burn of 216 in 27mins.
Then I did Slim & 6 Pack again and WOW my abs were SCREAMING at me BUT I did more then last time! Burned 51 calories.
Then did my last day of Start It Up for a calorie burn of 179 in 25mins.
Total for today is 446.
I think I am going to do SI6 first next week and then if I have time do 30 Day Shred.
Well have a great weekend and keep up the AWESOME work!
