    I love 30DS and tried Ripped in 30 and had a hard time with most of the moves (level 3 especially) - my knees couldn't take it and i had to modify most of the moves. Try her Extreme Shed and Shred ~ by far, this is the best workout i have ever done. i've lost 3 inches off my belly by doing the whole workout 3 times a week and alternating with running on the other days (1-2 days of rest, depending). i've also dropped 11 pounds (since January 2nd).
