i upped my caloric intake and lost 4 pounds. im finally out of the 180s. YAY!!!!!!!!!

    i changed my profile to 1 pound loss per week from 2 pounds loss per week. so i went from 1350 to 1550 calories and i also work out 90 minutes a day.

    since i work out so much i had to eat more and that helped.

    a week and a half, i was actually quite surprised.

    i was starving myself for too long i guess
