I love your ideas actually. They always say that monogamy is a failed western experiment and that human nature, what is natural in our being, is to have multiple partners.....both sexes. I live in the south where that idea is considered blasphemy but where also divorce is higher than ever. Thoughts?

I read an article where our minds are monogamous but our genitals are not.
The sum of the article was we want to have exclusive emotional relationships, but sexually we want to be with multiple people.

I think monogamy is very possible and have no intentions of getting rid of it any time soon. My husband wouldn't like that either =)

Anyway, I would make it so sexual offenders would be castrated (or in case of a woman offender-locked away for life.)

    Monogamy would be a choice

Bad food choices would have never been invented.

    Clothes would always be optional.

Exploring feelings and pursuing emotional satisfaction would be encouraged.

Time/space would not be a factor when It comes to those you care about.

Monogamy is a choice.. last time I checked no one forces couples to be exclusive.

In my perfect world it would be legal to anyone who qualifies as stupid. I'm not talking about someone who isn't educated. I'm talking "Jeff Foxworthy here's your sign" stupid. Lol
I think that was Bill Engvall who said "Here's your sign".
Foxworthy says "You might be a redneck........"
Ron White says "You can't fix stupid"

Probably because Southerners tend to marry at younger ages, resulting in a higher likelihood of divorce.

While monogamy isn't for everyone, it can be seen throughout the world and is practiced by various species (such as doves -- probably one reason why doves are often associated with marriage). It is no ways a failed western experiment. Unfortunately, it seems that a lot of people who want to get married are often not taught what to look for and how to select/hold a good relationship with their significant other.
