    Wow, fantastic!! That is really great!! I wanted to really say thank you - I needed to hear your encouragement today - I've lost 27 pounds (about half way to goal) and there hasn't been much progress this month, and I was getting discouraged. It has only been 6 months... about a pound per week, but still can get so discouraged - I really needed to hear your good message about slow and steady and just staying in the right direction. Thanks, keep up the good work!! You look fantastic and very happy!

    You look AWESOME!!! You should be so proud of yourself for sticking to it & reaching your goal!!!! I am also 5'2" & started out at 178. Right now I am at 148 & can't wait to get into the 120's but I can't seem to stay focussed like I could in the beginning.. Seeing your results has really motivated me today, so thank you!!
