Suggestions?

I've had three awesome food days but I'm still kinda hungry. Yes, I know I went over today but I lifted heavy weights for the better part of an hour this morning. I'm pretty close to my goal weight and am training for "The Spartan Sprint" in a couple of months. Anyhow, I'm thinking something with lean protein and complex carbs...protein shake? Suggestions?

My fav is a chocolate whey protein + 1/2 cup oats + handful of spinach + 1 cup of almond milk blended together
You could change the servings to fit your macros0 -
I like protein shakes using FF cottage cheese as base; makes it more filling and adds more protein0

I mix protein powder into Greek yogurt as a starter... sometimes I use it as a fruit dip, other times I mix apples or bananas into it, this morning I added almonds and chocolate chips, too.0
