Let's Start 6 Week 6 Pack on April 16th!!!

Hey Everyone!
I'm on my 12th Day of 30DS and I should be done by April 16th.
I think I want to start Jillian Michaels' 6 Week 6 Pack right after. Anyone want to start with me?!?!
We can motivate each other through it. I have a group of people (here on MFP) doing 30DS with me and it is working so well!!!
Anyone have it and want to start on April 16th?!?!?

Hi! I am also doing the 30 Day Shred (started March 1st). I have 5 days left! I am planning to start the 6 week six pack when I am finished this one!0

Me toooo! :happy: I start level 2 of 30 day shred tomorrow actually. And I bought 6 week 6 pack and planned on starting it after the shred. I'll go ahead and start it on the 16th with you! I Jillian! Woo!0

I have that DVD, I made it through 5weeks and then I went on a vacation and didn't finish it. =/ I'll give it another chance0

I'm doing 30DS by JM and my stomach is already way flatter! Exercise definitely will get you nice abs. I don't think any of us are under the impression that we will get a 6 pack while eating donuts everyday.0 -
Its 35mins long. Level 1 is fairly easy, but level 2 is a killer :O0

Have you ever tried and stuck with an exercise dvd dude? Jillian Michaels is amazing! Just ten days of her shred and I've already lost inches and gained muscle.

I've just ordered it. I'm near the end of the 30DS and wanted something for after. However, I'm not starting on April 16th as that's my birthday! I'll probably start the day after!0

I am will to take it on....This will be my 5th Round......By the 16th I will have completed her Kickboxing FastFix(LOVE) and then only 2 weeks in to Body Revolution so I want to pair this up with it...PERFECT....Count me in....Just send the Group request....THANKS!!!

I started 30DS 4 days ago so I may have to run 30DS and the 6 week six pack alongside eachother for a week but I'm totally up for doing this with you. I'm new to myfitnesspal so it would be great to make some friends0 -

This is also something I am unsure of, I think I am going to do it everyday though. Shouldn't hurt. I'm sure some will have rest days, and that's no problem!0 -
I think I'll probably do it every day except for Sundays because that's the day that we usually do a long run so I don't want to be aching through that!0

Oh and I just bought the JM collection DVD so I'll have 'No more trouble zones' and 'Banish fat, boost metabolism' as well so I may run those at the same time as 6W6P depending on how hard I find it. I'm still sweating through my 6th day of 30DS so we'll see!0

Ok - so I finished the 30ds yesterday and I am have a day off today! Instead of starting 6week six pack tomorrow as I had planned, I think I am going to start Tony Horton's Power 90 instead (I think a little Jillian break will do me good lol). I will either do the 6 week six pack after that, or redo the 30 ds. Good luck on your journey, and let me know what you think of the 6week! I'd love some feedback on it!0

How many days a week are you supposed to do each video? I would only assume it's at least 5 if you're supposed to get a 6-pack in 6 weeks. I'm actually aiming for 2-3 times a week for the video because I jog, hike, and do yoga on other days. You could say I'm on week two.:happy:
I had to reintroduce exercise to my dieting because I hit a plateau, but I feel like the more I exercise, the less weight I lose. I really need to take some inches off my thighs. Hope this works!!!

she recommends 5 days a week, so that's what I'm aiming for. I am combining this with the the Shred, so I don't think I'll do more than 5 days a week on this one0
