Here's a link to one of my favorite websites for low-cal meals!
I've made the Buttermilk Ranch dressing and it was so good! 1/4cup yields 52.3 calories!

I eat whatever dressing I'm in the mood for. Instead of putting it on your salad, order it on the side. Dip your fork into the dressing and then spear the salad vaggies. You'll be amazed at how you still get the full flavor but only about 1 tablespoon for a HUGE salad as opposed to an ocean of dressing.
This is a trick that I learned from one of our Weight Watcher's meetings, a few years ago, and it really does work!0 -

If you like ranch, eat ranch. Choose one made with quality ingredients and make room for it in your daily calories.
I was going to say that too! My favourite dressing is peppercorn ranch and I eat it a few times a week. It hasn't hindered me in anyway. Salad dressing isn't exactly a binge food (for me anyway), so I am content at putting a tablespoon on it (or two, depending on the salad--I don't like TOO much dressing, just enough to taste). If I can find the calorie-wise, it sets me back 40 calories. If I can't, it only sets me back 60. Considering my salads are super-low in calories, 60 isn't that bad.... But of course, some people don't like wasting calories on salad dressing....Unfortunately the only really low-cal dressings I know of are the fat-free ones, but I hate all those including ranch.0 -
I really like Marie's Lite Blue Cheese dressing found in a jar near the bagged lettuce. A little goes a long way in the flavor dept.0
