Trademark the butt bra idea... that's funny - and an accurate descripotion of what's neded.

I don't fancy doing squats until I puke but I'll take the advice on the 2 minutes and reps until fatigue.

Thanks for making me giggle too.

    Squats, lunges and deadlifts :)

Simple and effective, and no DVD needed.

If you can find a way to get to a gym even twice a week (maybe tag along with a friend who has a guest pass?), and do heavy weights, it will do amazing things to your bum.

You need to also try fire hydrants. They are awesome!

Oh gawd, it's almost skirt season! Gotta get my butt in gear. Nothing worse than a pancake tush under a skirt.
I try so hard to do squats, and my poor knees just can't handle them. It's a bit easier with weight loss, but thanks to a *kitten* horse a few years back, my knees just aren't up to it. I do a combination of floor exercises picked up from a variety of pilates and aerobics videos, along with a handful from the Butt Bible video. Just do a bit when you are watching a show each night, it's amazing how fast the difference shows.

Deadlift Question - How much weight if you're weak as *kitten*? Should you go as heavy as you can or can you have less resistance (weight) and still benefit? I'm terrified of hurting my back - I know proper form will help with that, but I'm SKEERED!

squats are by far the BEST butt workout for you. Just make sure you do them right so you don't injure your knees. Other great ones are lunges, plies and deadlifts

Form > weight every single time. There is no pride in injury. It bothers me to no end when people use bad form just to get some weird satisfaction from lifting a heavier weight. You will see results from a progressive overload over time. Slow and steady. :)
