I found the jeans sizes to run pretty large.. I ordered a size 8 dress and size 8 jeans - the "skinny" jeans were baggy and looked awful, while the dress was too high waisted and just did nothing for me. The waists are typically just where my ribs end, as opposed to where my actual waist is, so they make me look a lot bigger. Not flattering.

It depends on your body type in all fairness.

I am in the UK and find their clothes very small in the chest area but true to size elsewhere , though a tad small compared to other stores.

I am from them UK and I find their trousers generous (I have to go down a size) and I find their dresses true to size.

    Hope that helps!

Ive brought a few pairs of jeans from Doroty Perkins, ans i find that they are generous with there sizes

Maybe you should buy the dresss, and then it may motivate you to work harder?! Soo you know it will fit! Thats what I do! Ive brought a few items of clothing, a size smalller than what i fit into now, and its motivating me to get up off the sofa and move my butt!

I'm the same, my jeans from there are a size smaller than my jeans from everywhere else

  • Hey I don't know if you're interested, but Evans is part of DP, its just plus size , so they go up to an English size 32 (sorry I'm not sure what that is in American sizes )
but they do sometimes have stuff that is in DP in Evans , just a bigger size and some of the dresses at Evans in the same style at DP I could see quickly are:

I know they aren't the same in pattern but they are quite similar in cut,
Evans are good, just depends if you like the patterns they have :)

    Hope this helps !

i just placed an order with them last week, and i've been waiting for my order to show up any day now. instead, i got an email saying i owed them $52 in customs and duties fees. they didn't give me an option to cancel my order!!!!! and who knows how long it will take to get here. i don't know about you, but $52 is a LOT of money for me, and was 1/2 the cost of my order.

an update. i received my order today, and it is garbage. the fabrics feel like unbelievably cheap, and only one of the things i ordered even remotely resembles the fit photo on the site. international buyer beware!
