    this is so inspiring. I have to say that i have lost 30 pds and i have about 130 to go and i feel overwhelmed. I am trying to make better choices but it seems even good foods have lots of calories in them and i am feeling hungry. i am going to keep at it and this type of story is what lets me know that if others do it so can I.
