    Hi I am Shawna. Been registrered on MFP for awhile now but really never got 100 % SERIOUS!! Now I am ready to make a life change. I have a personal trainer who is trying to kill me LOL :)!! But I am seeing results and loving it!! We are going for 20lbs a month :noway: !! That is his goal but I would be happy with 5 or 10 a month :happy: !! So this will be the extra motivation. I weigh in every two weeks with my PT but I will try to squeeze in a weigh in inbetween then.
    so NSV: (there are so many :)) Being able to workout with my personal trainer without feeling like I am going to die. My BF telling me he can see major changes in my body. Not having a soda in almost 3 weeks!! :bigsmile:

    My Weight loss reward will be a big pretty tattoo of my choosing when I reach my final goal, I've wanted one my whole life but don't want to get any while i'm fat, when I reach smaller milestones my mom has said she's going to buy me some new outfits.

    It is time to take control of my life and get rid of this belly fat that has taken over my body. Portion control is my down fall so I intend to use a smaller plate (the pie plate instead of diner plate) and hope this works. Snacks are also a down fall ( I like pretzels but to salty) this is going to be my real challenge along with getting myself off the couch or from behind the computer to exercise. But I am here and up for the challenge

    NSV: Going shopping for some clothes that fit and learn that I have gone down 3 sizes ... AMAZING feeling!!!

    So are the dates posted the dates to weigh in or to log back in? I'm interested in the challenge but I will be in maya riviera April 16-23rd... But will have my iPad with me.

    Post the dates that you are going to weigh in - pick what works. It is a weekly weigh in. For the time your gone, just note that and weigh in when you get back. Sounds like a great trip - let us know what its' like!

    @MiladiDi - we use luncheon plates all the time and it really does help with portion control. For snacks - can you handle raw veggies? Nice crunch but few calories and the bulk helps you feel full.

    Completed the March challenge and lost 4.6lb. Now aiming for another 5. Do have finals this month, but I can do this!
    Silly NSV - My nice clothes are getting a tad loose on the shoulder, which doesnt make them look so nice anymore. Hehe ;)
