So Today Ive Lost 100 pounds
i was over weight and only 18 years old
i started my new life style and eating habits on
august 1st 08 at 259 pounds and a very tight size 20

today may 25th 09 less than a year later
at 159 pounds and a size 8/9
i have healthy blood pressure and blood sugar levels
i can now run a mile without dying for air!
i can now shop at any store and know they carry my size
i can go to the dr and be offered diet or exersice advice
im no longer described as the fat girl
ive still got about 30 pounds to go
but ill get there....

    Fantastic. So happy for you. Just think at 18 --the right age-- a whole new life is beginning for you.
    Keep going and live a exceptional life. No bad compromising because you people please because of your weight. I am so proud of you as if you were my little strong determined sister.

    You've obviously worked hard and you deserve everything you want.

    Good for you! My motto has been "keep going" since I started last September. I have hit some bumps along the way, but I have managed to loose 40 lbs. 20 more to go..."Keep Going"! Awesome
