    I just stated today and I am in. I weighed myself this morning and was floored. So I am back to my yogard, fruit, veggies and all that is good for me.

    Hi... the challenge was designed to last for 10 weeks, that's a healthy weight loss at 2lbs per week if you're maintaining a vigorous exercise routine and eating clean. I know it sounds like a lot but I believe we can do it.
    Sometimes drastic times mean taking aggressive steps towards reaching your healthy goal weight. It's certainly different for us all.
    Me? I'd be delighted with a 15lb weight loss, but hey- you never know right?
    We're already in week three- it can be done.

    I'm late getting into this challenge but still have plenty of time to lose 20 by 8/31-right? I just started yesterday but have already lost some-yea!!!!

    Hey Everyone, I know that I am three weeks late, but I just found this site today and would love to join! Since I'm starting late, I suppose that means I have to work extra hard, but I know I can with the support of my family and friends..So here goes, and here's to some great times gettin' fit this summer!!!

    Checking in. It was NOT a good week loss-wise. Ate healthy and did intense cardio everyday - but didn't shed a single pound! :noway:
