Goal weight 170 or it would be lovely to get into the 60's! Small steps at a time.

Down 4.2 lbs goal was 5 but that is good for all that has went on in the last 2 weeks with family and not getting to eat right and exercise.0 -

Weeeeeell, a loss of 4 lbs isn't terrible. I know there's 2 days left in April so maybe I can lose that pound, lol. I fell off the wagon a couple of weeks (Easter and last week) but I'm okay with it. 4 lbs isn't /bad/. It just could've been better.0 -

So it depends on how I look at this as to how much I lost. If I look at April 1, I lost 6.8. If I look at March 24th when I was at my lowest, I only lost 4 pounds. Either way I was successful because I lost weight. It is great to see how well so many people did this month. Yayyyyyy! Carla0 -
