I've been asked to start this thread again for April. Many of you did fabulously and even surpassed 5 lbs - KUDOS go out to all of you!
Let's try for another 5 in April......I unfortunately didn't lose as much as I wanted but I'm not going to beat myself up, I did really well in February and I did lose a bit so it's all still a win, win. It's just important to stay on course and try not to gain. And remember.....water and salt intake will be reflected on the scale!
I'm going to change the weigh-in day for April to Fridays. I think Mondays are a bit harsh and sometimes discouraging right after the weekend. I'm all about staying positive, non food rewards (treat yourself, you're special) and including everyone.
You're only accountable to you.

PS - If you find a food that is paricularly diet friendly please post it. I just found Pepperidge Farm Light Style Extra Fiber Wheat and it's only 40 calories/slice - their regular Light Styles are 45 calories/slice.
Start with today, Friday 3/30 if you can as your beginning weight.
