    Packed on quite a few pounds in the past six months due to a lot of stress having to do with school, moving, and some very bad issues. Things are looking up so now I can concentrate on ME! Found this app for my phone, and figured this would help me stay on track to lose that 15 pound lead I put around my waist stressing this winter

    My goal is to lose 2 pounds a week, but If I could lose 5 lbs this month it would be great.

    I feel healthy and strong at 110 but have gained some weight due to depression and med changes. I feel like I'm ready to get back on track and this is just the motivation I need. Glad for the challenge.
