    10/19 - 10.8 Mile Trail run!!!!!! Yahoo!!!
    10/22 - 7.0 Miles in the pouring rain! I was soaked to the bone when it was done but it was one of my more enjoyable runs!

    I knew I wanted four in today. Didn't get out as soon as I'd like. Decided to futz with the cabling on the bike. But by noon, out the door and was surprisingly easy. Hadn't felt that good running in a while.

    I did 12 miles Saturday, 2 legs at a mountainess (hilly) relay. My second leg had a 8% grade hill for over half a mile! it was tough but I didn't walk, and I feel great!

    CONGRATS!! on your half!! I just signed up for my first one - May 20th!!! Can't wait to put 13.1 on my car LOL.
