Yup, honestly, I need it.. I don't have one, waaahhh.. I do beachbody workouts & running.. any workout advice to build the rear except for squats?!

    Sumo squats. My trainer told me that it takes a long time to build muscles in your butt but...haha that sumo squats were one of the best ways. And lots of them!

    Weight training!! Pippa didnt get her butt doing cardio! Squats, deadlifts, leg presses and lunges. Good Luck!!

    hahaha.. and i m doing everything i can to get rid of it
