    Last night I went for a short walk and my knee isn't any worse so I will start with walks (and upper body weight training) and hopefully work to more next week. It felt really good to go to the gym. Hope the 5 minutes on the elliptical doesn't cause any knee problems.
    Week # 1 -- April 2nd -- 265 minutes/Goal 260 minutes:
    Week #2 -- April 9th -- 180 minutes /Goal 180 minutes
    Week #3 -- resting from knee injury
    Week #4 -- April 21st -- 180 minutes and 2500 calories if my knee lets me

    Mon: 35 minutes warm up on elliptical and weight training 230 calories burned

    OK, here it is, the last week of April, and I AM DETERMINED to make my 360 minute this goal (the first time all month). I will exercise a minimum of 60 minutes each day M-S and take Sunday as my only rest day. I can and will do this.

    Week of April 23 - goal 360min

    Monday - 60 min (zumba)
    Tuesday - 60
    Wednesday - 60
    Thursday - 60
    Friday - 60
    Saturday - 60
    Sunday - rest and success

    If I plan it, it will come. If I don't plan, I plan to fail. My failure to plan all month has led to absolutely no movement on the scale. Shocker. Let's do this and send April out as a success!

    Sorry gang, my commitment to this challenge fell off the wagon last week.
    My dear friend lost her dad, and I have to say, I couldn't help but put myself in her shoes, and I kind of lost it emotionally for a bit there.
    Still did my exercise most days, ate reasonably well, but didn't track anything.

    Tomorrow is MONDAY so I will begin anew!
