What Are Your Rewards for Reaching Your Goal?

I plan to lose the 9lbs I need to reach my goal by my birthday- April 29.
So, I told my husband that he can buy me a tattoo for my present! I have a plain outline of a star on my hip and my plans are to have it filled with cursive words of the things I want in my life- Love, Happiness, Peace, Positivity, Dreams.
I also want to take pole dancing classes. Once a deal comes on Groupon again, it's mine!

What are your rewards?

Feel free to add me!

After thinking about it, all I came up with is getting my doctor off my back. Doesn't sound like much of a reward when I only see her once a year.

Allowing myself to have a baby.
  • I've been wanting a new tattoo for ages so that will definitely be one of my rewards too!! But my overall reward will be telling my uncle to "shove it", because about two months ago at a family party (while quite drunk) he told me to 'stop eating' . Usually, that would have sent me straight to the fridge, but this time it made me more determined. If my own family thought that of me, what must everyone else think? I can't wait to not worry about other peoples opinions and just be happy for once!!

New tattoos and a new wardrobe. Oh, and I'll probably do something ridiculous with my hair like most people who meet goals.

All my rewards are fitness related. I got myself new running shoes for losing 10 pounds. I'll get a HRM for the next 10 lost. Heavier weights for the 10 after that. And new workout clothes once I've lost 40 pounds.

I am going shopping for my cute outfits and bathing suit shopping. Have not bought one in about 6 years. So sad because I live in Southern Calfornia. Thinking about taking up swimming. I would feel better about myself if I looked better. Maybe I will also buy a foxy dress.
  • I'm going to be making my Goal/Reward list today!!!!!

Small goals meet = Pandora Charms!!
Larger goals meet = New clothing
Final Goal meet = Maybe a Tattoo ---- Wording Daddy's Girl with Angel wings around it.. Thinking about putting it between my shoulder blades.. (PS... My dad passed away almost 8 years ago and this would be in memory of him)
I would also like a stair case to heavens gates with each step representing a loved one that has passed (Not sure how this would look)

I see no end, I haven't a specific goal in mind either, I just want to enjoy being fit and healthy on a daily basis. I would get sad the day improvement would stop anyway

Mine are too! Milestones = a new workout video or new workout shoes, etc

My healthy BMI = chopping off my hair for locks of love and getting a great new cut!

On Friday I met my fitness goal (far before I thought) and my boyfriend took me out to reward myself. I got new sportsbras and a set of hand weights. lol And today I finally hit the 100's (199.8) and he wants to reward me again. Do whatever makes you feel good!
  • My hubby agreed to take me on a trip to the beach. I live inland about 10 hours from the coast in Texas. I want to go to key west and stay in a bed and breakfast that opens onto the beach. But I told him Galveston will be okay as we'll if we cant do key west. I will also go bathing suit shopping and get me a bikini. Haven't worn one in 15 years because of my wait. The last one I had was given to me by a friend when she couldn't wear it anymore. I only wore it once. I can't wait!

However for mini goals I get to buy exercise equipment, clothes ect. Whatever I need at that time.

Heaven. The ultimate reward for a life well lived! For I dont see this as temporary, but a lifestyle change. I "reward" myself consistently with new fitness gear to challenge and change things up.I wont quit striving to be the best ME possible! Inside and out! :)

Love seeing these, been looking for more ideas. I like to do to weekly or bi-weekly small measurable goals. I've gotten quite a few paperbacks, bought some athletic clothes. Would love a new pair of Lucky jeans.

I try not to do food rewards, we aren't dogs.
