    Tuesday: 817 calories burned (75 minutes light cleaning, 20 minutes Kid Cardio, 30 minutes Stepper, 30 minutes walking 4.0 mph, 30 minutes Elliptical)
    Wednesday: 701 calories burned (30 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes stepper, 45 minutes treadmill)
    Thursday: calories burned (how they were burned)
    Friday:203 calories burned (how they were burned)
    Saturday: calories burned (35 min. Treadmill)
    Sunday: calories burned (how they were burned)

    I see that everyone has posted there goal of working out at 3,500 calories a week.
    How about setting that goal to 10,000 calories or More a week. I invite you all to check out my so far weekly total.
    I burn over 1,500 calories a day, sometimes 2,500 or more. And so far this week I have burned 19,409 calories. And still have Saturday and Sunday to yet to go.

    So here you go for the run down on my week.
    Monday- 4,310 Swimming and Walking
    Tuesday- 4,363 Swimming Walking
    Wednesday- 5,440 Swimming Walking Lifting
    Thursday- 4,003 Swimming Walking
    Friday- 1,293 Walking ( I am fighting the flu. So it was a easy day.)
    Saturday- 2,500 (I am going Hiking. So I know I am gonna burn more that. Promise)
    Sunday - 2,500 ( I have to go shopping at a few stores. So alot of walking. I promise)
    Total being 24,409 calories burned... And thats just for the week of 4/2-4/8 2012.

    I want to loose the weight. Thats why I came to this site. I have lost over 102 lbs in 3 months time. I dont want to be big anymore. So I am trying hard to get my life back.
    Once the week is over I will post my total Time & Calories Burned again on here.

    I kinda sat on this and decided not to post until the week was over... ohwell xD The week is ALMOST over, so I'll edit as I go along. Love spring break, I can exercise so much!

    Mon: 1705 calories burned (2 hours of waterpolo, 47 minutes of treadmill)
    Tues: 1545 calories burned (2 hours of waterpolo, 30 mins on treadmill, 15 mins on stationary bike))

    Thur: 2167 calories burned (3.5 hours of waterpolo)

    Week 2

    Mon: 873 Walking and running. 30 minutes on lunch break, 97 minutes after work.
    Tues: 802 41 minutes lunch break, running mostly. 93 minutes walking my dog.
    Wed: 1048 Hiking
    Thurs: 149 walking, running
    Fri: 459 Hiking
    Sat: 684
    Sun: 0

    Total: 4015
