    I add running and actual exercise time. I count other activities under exercise, but will be a 'purist' for this one. I'm building up training miles towards a half marathon, so should easily be able to do this.

    4/2 38 minutes run/walk
    4/3 125 70 minutes run/walk, 25 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes Circuit/strength training
    4/4 - 55 minutes walking
    4/5 35 minutes walking
    4/6 51 minutes walking
    4/7 95 minutes 10k trail run (challenging course)
    4/10 88 minutes elliptical, circuit, stationary bike.
