Y'all are so awesome!!! Thank you so much for your support and compliments. Full disclosure - I was too scared to do Insanity again! LOL. It gets my HR too high and I wanted to stay in the fat burn/fitness zone this round, so I opted for another round of TurboFire. I'm doing the 5 month schedule, and get this, I'll be done the week of my wedding! SCREAM!!!
