Yes, I think I will do this in May, too, as I haven't quite got my 8 in consistently. Welcome! I will have a new thread.0 -
I just do it a simple way, and drink 3 cups of water before each meal, or with the meal.0

Great to hear there will be a May challenge. This has really been helping me drink more water.0 -
I just do it a simple way, and drink 3 cups of water before each meal, or with the meal.
I have been drinking water with lunch and dinner more often now. Coffee still owns my breakfast cup though.0 -

4/09 -- 6 cups of water. All at work. Got a glass with ice and kept it full :-)
4/10 -- 5 cups of water. 3 at work and 2 at home flavored with Crystal Light.
4/11 -- 5 cups of water. 1 at work and 4 at home. 2 flavored with Crystal Light.
4/12 -- 5 cups of water. All at work, 1 with Crystal Light
4/13 -- 2 cups of water. Bad day for me :-(
4/14 -- 5 cups of water. 1 cup flavored with Crystal Light.
4/15 -- 6 cups of water. 2 flavored with Crystal Light
4/16 -- 6 cups of water, 4 flavored with Crystal Light. It was a training day so all I had to do all day was sit and to prevent boredom and falling asleep I made sure I kept my water bottle full. I felt like I was going to float away at the end of the day
4/17 -- 4 cups of water
4/18 -- 2 cups of water
4/19 -- 2 cups of water
4/20 -- 6 cups of water, 3 flavored with Crystal Light.
4/21 -- 2 cups of water
4/22 -- 2 cups of water
4/23 -- 4 cups of water. 2 were the new OXYwater that is out. Its pretty good
4/24 -- 6 cups, all regular and at work
4/25 -- 7 cups, all regular tooThis is the closest I've gotten yet
4/26 -- 4 cups, all regular
4/27 -- 0 day was a complete miss for me
4/28 -- 4 cups, all regular
4/29 -- 8 cups....... I FINALLY GOT ALL 8 IN :-)
4/30 -- 8 cups..... Did it again :-)0 -

Oh, thank God! I started dringking water and now can't seem to stop. I'm almost always over the 8 mark. Glad to see I'm not the only one.0

My daily goal was 8. My average for the month was 6.3. Before this challenge I was probably averaging 3 to 5 so this has been great!
