April Drink More Water Challenge

4/09 -- 6 cups of water. All at work. Got a glass with ice and kept it full :-)
4/10 -- 5 cups of water. 3 at work and 2 at home flavored with Crystal Light.
4/11 -- 5 cups of water. 1 at work and 4 at home. 2 flavored with Crystal Light.
4/12 -- 5 cups of water. All at work, 1 with Crystal Light
4/13 -- 2 cups of water. Bad day for me :-(
4/14 -- 5 cups of water. 1 cup flavored with Crystal Light.

4/16 -- 6 cups of water, 4 flavored with Crystal Light. It was a training day so all I had to do all day was sit and to prevent boredom and falling asleep I made sure I kept my water bottle full. I felt like I was going to float away at the end of the day

I'm loving the Crystal Light, too. Actually, Great Value brand iced tea flavoring with peach. It grows on me.0 -
I drank water while watching TV last night which got me over 8.
That's a great idea. I'll have to do that to keep from getting munchy cravings.0 -

I'm going to try this. I just can't stand water but I know I need to drink more of it.
