    4/09 -- 6 cups of water. All at work. Got a glass with ice and kept it full :-)
    4/10 -- 5 cups of water. 3 at work and 2 at home flavored with Crystal Light.
    4/11 -- 5 cups of water. 1 at work and 4 at home. 2 flavored with Crystal Light. :)
    4/12 -- 5 cups of water. All at work, 1 with Crystal Light

    4/2 -- 3 glasses (was actually thirsty -- had some leftover pizza. Used my Shur Fine H20 fruit punch flavoring (same as Crystal Light)
    4/3 -- 3 glasses (Shur Fine H20 again)
    4/4 -- 3 glasses (Shur Fine H20 again)
    4/5 -- 3 glasses of the Shur Fine H20 again
    4/6 -- 5 glasses (flavored water again but I've moved up to 5. YAY)
    4/7 -- 3
    4/8 -- 3
    4/9 -- 2 (pretty pathetic today. Had a lot of fruits and veggies...maybe that's why I wasn't thirsty???)
    4/10 -- 5 glasses (3 were plain water)

    I'm totally in, but need some help! Some say you should drink 8 glasses of water...well that can vary on the type of glassware you are drinking out...some say ounces....this website says cups....I bought a bottle of water which was 24 oz. Then, filled it up and drank 3/4 of it so far...So....I'm confused lol

    It seems strange to say it but drinking water is hard. I know if I wasn't doing this there would be days I have only a couple of glasses of water at most.

    Two things that I find help: A cup of water before my first cup of coffee. A filtered water pitcher on the table at dinner.

    A measured cup is 8 oz. And they usually say it eight - 8 oz cups that we need to drink. So if you drink your entire water bottle it counts as 3.

    great idea and very thoughtful of you to make the template, but I have no idea how to copy it and where to keep it. Help, please!

    You can click on quote for the message and it becomes paart of your message. You can remove the words quote in brackets to de-quote it. Then you can type your numbers in and post reply. When you want to update it you can find your last post, click on quote again and do the same thing to update it.

    An alternative is to right click on the desktop of your computer. In the menu that pops up, click on New and then another menu flies out. You can choose a text, word or excel file. Name the file and double click on it. When that file opens copy the templadate dates into it. Then you can update this file and copy and paste it into a message.

    They usually mean 8 oz, which is equal to a liquid cup (on the measuring cup). Your bottle would be 3 glasses. I have a 64 oz water bottle and I mark 4 glasses when I drink from it and 2 glasses for my 16 oz cup.

    You all are doing GREAT!! Eons ago when I first began drinking more water it was difficult as it wasn't a habit. I've grown to love the refreshing taste of water and it's far more easy now to get it in. Some days though I struggle only because I'm not near it, time constraints, or simple forget.

    Though I almost always get in 8+ I joined this challenge to remind myself and keep me accountable to continue my intake stays where it needs to be.
