    thank you so much! check out the very first post, I included some information and then there is another post I believe on the top of the second page stating my workouts. I journal all my food, and do try to eat as clean as possible, barely any processed foods. I do not eat fruits after around 2 pm. it may be a myth but I was mainly doing anything possible due to being in a biggest loser competition. I havent in a few weeks but would have protein shakes almost every day.

    Great Job! I am about the same height as you however, my weight has not come off that quickly. Looks like I need to kick it up a notch. Way to go! Thanks for sharing your progress and giving me some motivation . :)

    Thanks for posting! You ARE an inspiration! I am at the beginning of "my weight loss journey" and the same height and about 10 pounds heavier than your beginning weight! Your pictures are motivational to me personally since I am about the same size! Keep it up and keep us posted!
