Once per week.
Every Sunday morning right after I wake up.0 -
Usually a few times a day. The scale is just a tool, it's doesn't stress me out or influence my mood. I am also I terested in the fluctuations and patterns. I have had a 7 lb fluctuation in one day. I just it interesting on how the body weight changes.
As for weighing in, usually do it every Monday as my official weight.
I am on vacation right now with no access to a scale and have been doing all different things that i really wish. Had my scale for.0 -
Daily- preferably in the morning. It just gives me an idea of where I'm at. I know that weight can fluctuate depending on the time of month, time of day, etc., so I try not to stress about the number. It can be hard when that number stays the same for several days in a row, but that motivates me to keep going. Change will happen...0

Every Wednesday morning, post morning pee. Amazing how quickly it changes, though. My first reading was 110lbs. Drank half a glass of water, tried to go back to bed 20 minutes - got up again, weighed...112lbs. Whuuuut.0
