Turkey breast and spiral ham mashed potatoes/stuffing/asparagus/rolls. Not sure what I will have exactly but, that is our menu. Will probably skip the roll. LOL0

I'm on a low carb diet because of health issues so we are planning a few special dishes to take to the family picnic. Sugar free jello eggs, veggie tray, meat and cheese tray, and ham rolls. Then I will eat a burger without the bun.
Or if I get adventurous enough I will make a few low carb buns from a recipe I found.
Our family just has a light picnic so this all works out great.

I plan on going off for 2 days. My family makes enough food for 2 days...I will be gorging myself on:
Mac salad
Mashed potatoes
Yams
Potato Kibbee (a lebanese dish)
Tabouli
Pita bread
Cake
Candy
Stuffed Shells
Vegan Green Bean Casserole
Everything will be vegetarian and mainly vegan. We are a family of vegetarians/vegans.

I'm having regular food (meaning, not "diet food"): ham, potato salad, baked beans, glazed carrots, and a salad. I'll eat an amount within my allowed calorie count that I set for myself. Easter is also my daughter's birthday this year, so we're also having a gluten-free cake. I plan on sending everyone home with cake so I won't eat more than 1 slice!0

A handful of Cadbury Eggs.0
-
Baked Ham
Baked Potatoes
Green Beans
Others will have the sweet cherry sauce, but I'll steer clear. So not too bad for a meal.0 -
I'm not sure! Maybe a ham with yummy veggie sides.0
