I have a 28 YO who just got married and she's putting on the pounds. She's not really that big, but she is letting herself go. I've been athletic all my life and know what proper diet and workouts can do for the body. However, when I try to explain this to her and her mom, they begin to WHINE about muscles, weights, sweat and all that other **** it takes to get to a healthy fit state. So I just let it be. But when they start talking about all the new fangled **** they are doing and spending money on to DIET (hahaha just have to laugh), I just can't keep quiet. It's funny how quickly they realize that the new thingy is not worth a crap and quickly jump on the next office FAD for the week. I don't know how much money we are out of becuase of their "quick fix" diets.

I think women look fabulous when they are toned or muscular.

Not always drugs, can get biggish with the correct diet as well:

No doubt that "some" naturals can achieve better physiques, but you'd be naive to believe that all natural competitors started off natural. Many were juiced competitors who stopped juicing and now compete "natural".
And while diet can definitely define how much better a female can look, it takes the correct amount of hormonal response to increase muscle in a female. The average female lifting weights who is not looking to compete won't really have an issue of getting freakishly big.

Stop lying. This won't happen. I won't grow 5 inches, get lighter skin, grow longer hair, and have the body of a super model (or porn star...). So keep your lies to yourself lady.

    LOL! Love it! <3

If you look from behind, you can actually tell it's me. I just look funny from the front in that photo. My face and hair just look totz different, I swear it's just a weird angle, cuz that is totally my body. *cough*
