    Most birds eat one quarter to one half their body weight in food daily. ..... so eating like a bird is a bad idea, unless you workout like a bird.

    Yep- this is true- there was an episode of "how it's made" or one of those shows about it- big carrots chopped up and sanded down- I was so dissappointed! :sad:
