    1 can of tuna
    1 boiled egg
    Onion chopped
    Celantro or parsley chopped
    Any potatoes bite size chunks
    Olives of your choice
    Top with olive oil
    Salt to taste

this is meant to be a fancy salmon dish, but I use tuna.

make a cheese sauce after sizzling finely diced onion in the butter (or plain white if you dont want cheese)

thaw out frozen peas and corn (or use canned if that's your thing)

Drain tuna juice into the cats bowls.

cook pasta - I like tri colored.

mix it all together and serve (or follow the recipe that says top with breadcrumbs [extra 500cals there] and bake for 20 mins)

This may sound boring, but I love it.

    One can solid white tuna.

Romaine lettuce or arugula (or other crispy salad green)

    Tomatoes/cucumbers if you have them

(homemade vinegrette - olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic salt, pepper).

if I can afford the calories a half an avacado, cut into peices.

I have eaten this salad for years I just make it and dump the can of tuna (drained ) on top, and pour the homemade vinnegrette on top as a last step. I used to use sugar in the vinegrette, but not now, the balsamic vinegar is fine. Eating no sugar has really helped me loose weight I love this plain fresh salad and it works. I am 9 lbs to my goal and I still love it. You can change it up with different greens (belgiun endive, radiccio) I make the same salad with shrimp, or salmon or deli lunch meat.

    I have two:

    Basic Tuna Salad:

1 Can of Tuna in water
    2 tbs Mayo of choice
    1 Red Onion
    2 med dill pickles

Serve on crackers or whole wheat bread

    Easy Tuna Casserole

1 box of mac and cheese of choice
    1 can of tuna
    1 can of peas
1/2 cup of panko bread crumbs

Make mac and cheese as directed. Add tuna and peas and mix well. Transfer to casserole dish. Top with bread crumb and broil until brown on top.

Not the most nutritious thing ever but if you split it into several servings it isn't a calorie killer. The tuna salad I usually split into 2 servings and the casserole into 4.

Cut up an avocado and slice about 4 celery stalks. Open tuna pouch and Fage 0%yogurt. Mash avocado and then mix everything together. Add cayenne pepper, some curry powder, mix it up and serve with crackers and cherry tomatoes.

This is the my favorite tuna salad sandwich recipe. You don't have to use all the ingredients, but it is good if you can.
1 can of tuna drained (preferably albacore)
2 tablespoons of sliced black olives (need to use good quality brand)
2 teaspoons of your favorite light mayonaise
    2 tablespoons of relish
    A splash of lemon juice
A pinch of black pepper (if desired)
1 heaping tablespoon of diced celery

Mix, put on whole wheat bread. Garnish with sliced tomatoes and lettuce, if you have them.
