    Under. Those with toddlers, get it. My hubby always flips it over though, so I let him pick up after our son unrolls it. >=)

    I have no idea - one has staff for that sort of thing.

    I do know it's only three sheets per visit though: one to wipe, one for absorption, and one to polish.

    I always put it over, unless my wife leaves the roll empty then I put it under because it drives her crazy. my answer is always if you didn't leave it empty than you would have this problem. ;p

    Usually over, although I really don't care.

    Sometimes I'm lazy and will just stack the new one on top of the empty roll.
