I always put it over, unless my wife leaves the roll empty then I put it under because it drives her crazy. my answer is always if you didn't leave it empty than you would have this problem. ;p

Usually over, although I really don't care.

Sometimes I'm lazy and will just stack the new one on top of the empty roll.

Doesn't really matter as long as there is enough left when I enter the bathroom.

Over, because I used to work in housekeeping and you can't fold it if its under.

    And a mixture of fold/crumple........

OVER. No other way but over. I just get pissed when it's under. If i'm in a hurry, it takes too long to grap a piece when it's under.

However I am holding it when I put it on the roller. It doesn't bother me either way.

But when I'm at other peoples houses I like to make sure it is over and fold the top sheet into a point like at hotels. It really confuses people.
