  • Great Job Ari! I must admit that I have been slacking on the challenge this wk but next wk im in for sure! I have been super busy with being DD for a bachelor party yesterday and all sorts of not so fun stuff so I have only had time to get in my runs :ohwell:

Kacee- I too find that my abs are pretty sore from running, I think its because my core is not very strong yet so running is really working the muscles in my back and abs

Hope everyone is having a wonderful wkend :flowerforyou:

    Ari -- wayta go:bigsmile:
I was able to do the first set, but had to grunt and take a few breaks for the next 2. Yesterday sit ups were good. My abs were already sore when I started them though, from jogging? I know weird. At least I thought so.
Everyone must be out enjoying some weather. I was supposed to get my garden in this weekend, but thanks to an annoying hubby, it'll be put off, yet again.:grumble: It's horribly windy anyway, I'll just con him into tilling it for me and he can get dirty instead of me:laugh:

thank you thank you both. ur abs may b hurting because walking and jogging is a full body exercise u use every muscle and them hurting is a good thing i know we hate it but it means ur doing somethign right. ill attempt more push ups but baby steps - my skinny mink eat watever she wants looks hot in a bikini and has natural muscles sister says o i can do push ups so easy i can do 100. god bless my mother who shut her up saying u were born with muscles wat ariella did was huge and im proud of her. (i had taken a pic of me in bathing suite then she shows me one of her yesterday shes like want to see a hot pic of me? why didnt i say no.... she eats and eats and eats and the worst is she says it comes NATURAl dont u hate that....

ok gonna try some push ups tom spread out through the day and my walk and wats toms challenge lol?

o and i cut my hair ill post pic maybe ill make it profile for a bit let me know wat u think

    luv u all
  • pepamint, that is great about doing those pushups. I was so happy at my last TaeKwonDo class I got 10 pushups done. I have been doing the class since October, and could barely do one. I have to do hte "girly" ones but I am happy for now. Maybe after I get a whole lot of weight off I will try the "real" ones. But right now I've got to stick with what I do. But I am not kidding that is wonderful you got three. It is such a boost when the amount of exercises you can do ups at least one isn't it?

I've been busy on Saturday. I did my gym&swim, then also mowed a good amount in my yard, struggled through our junk room to find and fish out my sewing machine so I can hem my uniform bottoms up for th etounament I am in this coming Saturday, then went into my sons room and steamcleaned his bed and floor. How do boys get their bed stinky like they do? It is crazy how much diffrent boys are than girls. Now way my daughter would have slept on a stinky bed (rolling trash bags on it maybe:laugh: ) she would have been demanding we buy her a new bed if it was like that. Anyway so I got extra movements in that I hadn't even planned. I am thrilled to be able to find the energy to get some stuff done that has been being neglected. But with how lethargic a person who is a couch potato is and adding cronic migraines to that, I was a lump for years. Nothing ever got done. But now I am starting to get some energy and am able to do some of that stuff.

iv beeen readng some posts and was wondering about my support group - am i the only one who does not eat the calories i burn for exercise? i mean never cause u know i barely get to my eloted calories but i never thought to eat my exercise calories i know i would feel guilty cause i worked those off why eat them back?

you should eat them! it could be the reason you are at a plateau. you are not getting enough calories for your body to function with exercise, so it thinks you are starving it. eat more and i bet you will see results within a few weeks once your body isn't storing lots of fat because it thinks it may need it soon. does this make any sense??
  • Ari- I love the new hair! PS- dont listen to your sister, it will just feel so much better when you reached ur goal knowing that u worked ur butt off for it and it didnt come "naturally"

I weighed myself today stupidly and of course I am at the same. So much sodium this wkend along with af is really making me retain a ton of water dang it :grumble: I will keep on chugging on though :drinker:
