wow, that's a big difference, especially in your thighs! Just keep going. I am down about 9lbs and I don't really see a difference, but that's because I always focus on the areas that I really want to lose the weight. Don't get discouraged, you will succeed! Just keep Bringing It!0

I can see a difference! The hip and butt and thigh pics especially. You are doing fantastic! Just keep up whatever you are doing, it is working:)
Betsy is right - you're totally rocking this. Your behind is really noticeably smaller.
Keep going - you're doing fantastic work!0 -
Well You can def tell, especially in the waist and butt. There's nothing "extra" that you can do... just keep doin what you are doin and eventually the weight will come off everywhere. I have the same problem with my bottom half... All you gotta do is just keep at it!0

I can absolutely see a difference! You go, girl!0

Patience grasshopper! I CAN see a difference. In regards to targeting your thighs...squats, lunges or step ups holding dumb bells, leg curls, inner thigh machine, leg extension machine, walking, jogging...they've worked for me. Keep up the good work!0

look closely at your back pics especially, i see a big difference. wtg. keep at it, 12 lbs is just the appetizer wait till you get to the main course of half way to your goal and dessert your goal.0

So I started a month and a half ago. I'm down 12 lbs but just not feelin it. Maybe because I am too busy focusing on my HUGE thighs?! I just dont know what to do.
heres the pics...
Any suggestions for the thighs? I am currently doing 30DS and I jog for an hour every night. I know you can target just the thighs, but any suggestions will help.
(sorry know I said 13... really 12. whoopsie! lol )
Our bodies will accumulate and lose fat whereever they do...it's really difficult to "target" such weight loss. Having said that, you're looking even MORE incredible now--looks like you're making great progress.
As for the thighs, workouts like swimming and walking/jogging are good for getting great tone and smoothing, but maybe it's just the guy in me, but they seem appealing as is--losing weight will slim them, but thighs and hips are partly genetic, so don't beat yourself up too much. Just keep doing whatever it is that you're doing!!0 -
I can see a difference!
I was once told that you and others won't really notice your weight loss until you've lost 10% of your body weight. For you, that is pretty close, but for others it could be 30 pounds before anyone even notices. This makes it hard sometimes because we want quicker results, but I'm guessing that in the next few weeks you will finally start feeling it. Keep up the good work!!!0 -
you can definitely see a difference! congrats! i just started and hope to see a difference soon! Keep on going ! as for things im not exactly sure i wish i had those tho! im bigger on top with smaller legs! awfull.0

Thanks everyone. Your words definitely mean alot! You all made my day! I was about to give up this morning, just didnt really see in myself a reason to keep going minus the scale number. And the scale number is great, but I was getting afraid that it was nothing but water weight that the 12 lbs were that I have lost so far. But now that I know its going somewhere, I'm going to keep going, keep pushing and get to where I want to be.0

There is definitely a change although you may not see it You have come far because it is difficult to lose that much weight. I bet if you were to stack 13 lbs of butter you would see how much that was. I remember seeing a program on tv a few years back where they did that for someone It was shocking but it was a visualization of how much weight that really is.
I see that you posted that everyone's words were encouraging and you're not going to give up. That's great because if you did, sometimes it makes it much harder to take it off again;. I would encourage you to look in the mirror every day and tell yourself how much you love yourself and how awesome you are for what you have accomplished. Compliment yourself instead of focusing on what are the negatives. I need to do this for myself as well.
Continue the great work you have done.0 -
I can see a difference, a big difference. I do know how you feel, others saw my loss before I did. Others may have suggested this but I didnt read all of the responses, but I suggest squats and side leg lifts (laying and standing) for thighs, they have worked for me.0

I can totally see a difference in the butt/love handle area. Good Work. You are your biggest critic so take it easy on yourself. Unfortunately we can't choose where we lose the weight from.0

I can relate to you so much, although I havent lost as much weight as you. I HATE my thighs but I have a really nice flat tummy, like you. It is possible to lose weight there though, I had really thin legs and thighs early last year and I would so good in jeans. Now I have fat thighs again but I know if I keep exercising and trying to lose weight that I might get there again!0

Looks like a big difference to me! Great job!0
-
Omg there is no doubt about it!! you look great!! Everybody sees it but you, but sometimes we are all our own worst critics! Whatever your doing, KEEP IT UP!!!!!0
-
Love,
Your thighs are SO much smaller already! Besides...you want to have a little cushion in your back side!
Keep it up and stick to it...there's a very noticeable transformation taking place already!0 -
Thighs might be last, first on last off when it comes to fat.
Your looking good. Keep it up!!!
For myself, the lower ab fat is the last to leave:)0
