    That is amazing! I got goosebumps looking at your pictures. It gives me hope. I am having such trouble in the stomach area.

    Wow, you're an inspiration! How did you do it? I saw that you are doing heavy lifting. I'm wanting to get into weight training myself. How long exactly did it take for your skin to start tightening after you lost the weight?

    I didn't really notice any loose or excess skin because I lost the weight at a slow, steady rate. My skin just kind of kept up with it. And I definitely recommend weight training! If you don't have anyone that can show you the ropes, the book 'Starting Strength' is my bible! The 3rd edition just came out recently.

    Wow!!! Thats what I need! What kind of lifting do you do that tones your abs? I'm sorry, really dont know anything about lifting weights.
