10lbs Loss with pics

Wow, that is great progress. I have 10 more to go and am stuck. Thanks for the motivation. I'll keep at it.
I would like to lose 8 more pounds, but I'm stuck too. My body seems to love 148...and that's ok as long as I keep destroying the fat lurking deep down in me that's just waiting to give me heart disease or diabetes.

What are u doing has far has your diet plan ? Im at a stand still have lost 20lbs so far but just not moving now can give me some pointer......Denise0

I don't have a specific diet plan. If I want a high caloric meal, i just plan for it. I've never been a snack/sweet eater so avoiding those is not a problem for me. It's portion control. I try to portion out my food as best as I can. Also I try to clean eat. I try my best to eat superfoods and cut out all process, pre packaged food and cook everything myself. Of course this is hard for me bc i'm a college student operating on Ramen Noodle Funds, but it's getting alot easier because I'm always researching ways to eat clean that doesn't impact my wallet. My most recent achievement is cutting out those weight watcher meals I love so much for lunch. I try to remember to eat for fuel...my stomach is not a waste basket. And finally water! I drink water all day long! My waterbottle and I are attached at the hip. All and all...if you're at a stand still, I would take a real close look at your processed food intake. Those fake chemicals and sodium will always win.0 -
