Hmmm...having had a think about it I reckon I must have around 350-400 miles on those shoes and yes they have been wet...so it's a trip to the running shop for me!

Back to the running shop and yes, the cushioning was beginning to go. New pair: Brooks Adrenaline GTS 12. Round the block in them to test and I've got my bounce back! :happy:0
