1. Waking up at 4:30 AM for a 5:00 workout class...ON MY DAY OFF!!
2. Having more sports bras, tanks, etc. laying around and/or in the laundry then anything else

I wouldn't call myself addicted to working out, but this is growing so much on me that it amazes me more every day.
Up until three weeks ago I wouldn't do ANYTHING even remotely similar to exercise, not even walking as long as I had no other option. And now, I'm going to tae-bo and zumba five times a week and every time the classes end I feel like I want more.. Because it makes me feel so much more powerful, so much more flexible, lighter, energetic, cheerful! It's great, I would have never ever ever though that I would feel like that about working out0 -
Even on a 'rest' day you find yourself feeling guilty because you aren't at the gym. I literally drive myself crazy thinking about how I should be there right now. In fact...I'll probably go and do cardio just for fun.0

i feel so bad when i dont workout. infact today im sick and have a 38 degrees fever but i did a 12 minute jog on the treadmill0

Hearing a song from your workout mix and fantasizing about a long run after work. (This is only considered an addiction if you've already worked out twice in said day.)0

I have gym class schedules hanging in my room, in my car, and in my purse and an extra set of workout clothes in my car...you know just incase I can fit in an extra workout for the day0

Your husband offers to let you sleep in after a night of cards and drinking, and instead you wake up at 5:30 to get in a run before the hangover hits.0

- I let some of the people who are bound to call me or text me (like my parents, brothers, etc) know I am about to workout so they wont call me and interrupt me while I am working out
- I would extend my workout, if I think there wasnt enough sweat on my sports bra, shirt, back, face, etc. My motto is, "If there isnt ENOUGH sweat on my body or clothes, then I didnt work hard ENOUGH."
- When I get out my clothes for the next day...........and also get out my workout clothes for the next day (takes me a while to decide what I'll be wearing. I like to look like a cute athlete, especially when I go to my jogging class) :laugh:0 -

Driving by to see if the lights are back on.
Calling every hour for an update.
Then being the first one through the door when it re-opened this morning.

This would be me. I'm sore as hell can barely sit on the toilet with out yell OUCH-OUCH-OUCH and I'm about to take my sore behind to the gym and do a cardio and ab workout. I LOVE IT!0 -
