    I do zumba, and everytime I hear a song ive already danced I stop and automatically start thinking about every single step.. Wishing I was alone to actually dance it lol

    you make excuses TO workout vs making excuses not to... (I ate a piece of cake...just a quick 20 min.... i didnt give 100% on my weights...better do another set or 3...)
