I honestly think I lose weight faster when I eat for breakfast that blueberry oatmeal microwave muffin thing someone posted on here. I don't know why, but it seems to switch my metabolism up a notch.

    What blueberry oatmeal muffin thing?

Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal.... oatmeal with canned pumpkin & pumpkin pie spice. Fiber galore. And I usually add 2 tsp of flax oil, and if I am really hungry I will eat all of that + a hard boiled egg. Good stuff. Holds me for about 4-5 hours.

One scrambled egg, one-half English muffin, buttered, and coffee with 1 tsp of sugar and a little creamer. Every day. Gets me started off just right. I can make this with one eye open and frequently do if my guy has to leave for work early. He has the same except two eggs instead of one.

mix one whole egg and one egg white
    pour in small skillet
top with 1/4 c crumbled feta (or any cheese and or spices)
place one (low carb) tortilla on top and smoosh down so some egg comes over the edges
allow to cook a bit or if you don't like your eggs as well cooked as me, cover and steam for a as long as you think necessary
    flip
this will brown the tortilla in skillet
slide out of pan tortilla side down
top cooked egg with raw spinach leaves
    fold like taco
    ENJOY!

(works well to cook the night before also for those busy mornings at work.. just reheat for 1 min in microwave)
