    They're actually pretty good!! Don't bother with the boca breakfast meats. They taste like meatloaf, not sausage. But the burgers are very good in my opinion.

    LOVE 'EM! They dry out a little on the grill, for my tastes - but in a skillet, they're wonderful and taste great. I totally don't miss real burgers when I'm eating them! I definitely recommend them!

    They are really good, but I prefer Morning Star and Garden Burger....Not sure how healthy they are, but they taste really good!!

    i love them, and i have no idea why.
    on fiber one whole wheat buns or fried up with scrambled eggs.i like the "original vegan" ones even tho im not a vegan at all and like meat haha. strange. i was a veg head for three years, and i guess the taste of it just stuck with me :] spicy black bean is amazing with mayo, such a great combo!

    Personally I prefer Morningstar, which has amazing black bean burgers. In general though, I've found that burgers that have veggies etc in them are better than those that attempt to mimic meat.

    boca burgers are my favourite veggie burgers,
    they don't sell them in Canada anymore though :(
    last time a co worker brought me one from the states, haha i was eccstatic

    I like the Boca Vegan ones they have at Costco. They are like a food service size and they are a little larger than the ones from the regular market. They taste good. You just gave me a dinner idea! Thanks!

    Boca is OK but Monrningstar and Gardenburger are better. The best quality meatless products I've encountered so far is Quorn. It's not sold everywhere but they seem to be a notch above the others in taste.

    I thought Boca Burgers tasted like McDonalds. Not quite like a REAL burger, but edible.

    I agree. I tell people that a good veggie burger doesn't taste the same to me as a hamburger, but they taste as good or better. They just don't taste the same so don't go in expecting them to.

    I like the Boca Black Bean burgers. They are great with a little sweet and sour type sauce on them!

    They were fine when I tried them. Nothing to write home about. They are very high in sodium so depending on your diet needs there may be better choices for you to make if you are watching that.

    I don't eat veggie burgers anymore, but when I did I really enjoyed gardenburger over boca, but boca over morningstar. Gardenburger doesn't pretend to even taste like a burger, its more of a veggie patty. Boca I think pretends to be "meat," more which takes away from the veggie taste that is so good.

    I used to eat these, they're not bad. I like the other brands better, though. Still, throw it in a nonstick skillet with a little olive oil spray, brown on each side, top with BBQ sauce, brown that into the patty, top with a slice of american cheese and you're good to go :bigsmile:

    I don't like "hambugers" so idk... but I really like the Morningstar grillers chicken patties.. I think they taste like a BK broiler...

    I have tried every flavor of morning star and boca burgers. I think they taste rubbery/weird. I was at Costco recently and took a chance and tried something called, "Dr Praegers California Veggie Burgers" OMG Seriously, BEST thing ever. If anyone shops at costco I promise these are worth getting! I am addicted to them! :happy:

    Boca used to have a funky after taste...not as much anymore...but whenever they have the choice of Boca or Gardenburger at a restaurant I ALWAYS go with Gardenburger. If only they would do Morningstar Grillers Prime. Mmmm...much more tasty.

    Or the Morningstar Chik'n Burger--so good!

    I like a lot of veggie burgers, but I HATE the Boca burgers. Could be I just don't generally like foods that TRY to look and taste like some other kind of food.

    I prefer the Morning Star brand but calorie wise I believe the veggie Boca Burgers were far less for 1 pattie.

    When I do buy them, I cook 1, and add a slice of swiss cheese and sauted mushrooms. I eat them like that with some ketchup...yummy!!
